01 Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and filber ("filber," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at filber.app. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, games, features, and content made available through the filber platform.
By creating a filber account, accessing the platform, or participating in any game or promotion offered by filber, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the filber platform.
filber operates in the Philippines and directs its services to Filipino players. All operations are conducted in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering with filber.
Important: This Agreement is effective as of 1 January 2026. filber reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at filber.app/terms-conditions.
02 Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" means the filber website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at filber.app.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the filber Platform.
- "Balance" means the total amount of PHP funds held in a Player's filber Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account by filber, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- "Real Money Funds" means PHP funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts, excluding any Bonus Funds.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification, required by filber before processing withdrawals or as otherwise deemed necessary.
03 Eligibility
Access to and use of the filber Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations;
- You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use;
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of filber, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by filber or any relevant regulatory authority;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
- You have not previously had a filber Account suspended or terminated for breach of this Agreement.
Age Restriction: filber strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to verification. filber may request government-issued identification at any time to confirm age eligibility.
filber reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by filber may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
04 Account Registration
To access the full range of filber services, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:
- Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the filber Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
- You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information at any stage of the registration process.
- filber reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration at any time and to request supporting documentation, including a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license).
- Account registration is free of charge. filber does not charge a fee for creating or maintaining a Player Account.
- filber reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and you agree to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
05 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your filber Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
- You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. filber will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
- You must notify filber immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised. Contact filber support as soon as possible in such circumstances.
- filber strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security.
- filber will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from filber that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you, except where such activity results directly from filber's negligence or system failure.
filber uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your Account and transaction data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to log out of your Account after each session.
06 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the filber Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits
- filber accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at filber's discretion.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
- Deposits are credited to your filber Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. filber is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- filber does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. filber may require identity documents before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the filber Account. filber will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.
- Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Only Real Money Funds that exceed the wagering threshold are eligible for withdrawal.
- filber aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment information section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.
- filber reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement.
PHP Only: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are in Philippine Peso. There are no currency conversion fees on the filber Platform. What you deposit in PHP is what you play with and withdraw in PHP.
07 Bonuses and Promotions
filber offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. filber reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- Each bonus offer is subject to a specific wagering requirement, which must be met before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Any Bonus Funds not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
- filber reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
- Players may not hold more than one welcome bonus. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once, including through the use of multiple accounts, constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
- Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
- filber's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.
08 Game Rules and Fair Play
filber is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following terms apply to all games available on the Platform:
- All games on the filber Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing conducted under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are not predetermined or manipulated.
- Each game has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, filber will apply its standard disconnection policy, which is detailed in the game-specific help section. filber's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game type and table.
- filber reserves the right to void any game round or wager where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game outcome.
- Live casino games are subject to additional rules specific to each game variant. Players participating in live dealer games agree to conduct themselves respectfully toward dealers and other players at all times.
09 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the filber Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any Player who discovers a bug or error must report it to filber support immediately and must not exploit it;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform;
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming;
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing filber staff, live dealers, or other Players.
Zero Tolerance: filber operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud and collusion. All suspicious activity is monitored and investigated. filber cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases involving financial crime.
10 Responsible Gaming
filber is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity.
filber offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your filber Account;
- Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
- Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the filber Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools and to seek support. filber's support team is available 24/7 to assist with responsible gaming requests. All responsible gaming tool activations are processed without judgment and with full confidentiality.
filber strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Players, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations overseen by PAGCOR. Players who are found to be underage will have their Accounts suspended immediately and all funds handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

11 Intellectual Property
All content on the filber Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and design elements, is the intellectual property of filber or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the filber Platform without the prior written consent of filber.
- The filber name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of filber. Unauthorized use of filber's trademarks is strictly prohibited.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to filber regarding the Platform may be used by filber without restriction or compensation to you.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, filber's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:
- filber is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
- filber's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your filber Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
- filber is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement, including losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security;
- filber is not liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, network failures, or third-party service disruptions;
- The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. filber makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits filber's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13 Privacy and Data
filber collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference and is available at filber.app/privacy-policy.
By registering a filber Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, financial transactions, and your use of the Platform's games and features.
filber complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. filber may share data with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

14 Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Player Account under the following circumstances:
Termination by You:
- You may close your filber Account at any time by contacting filber support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements or investigations are pending.
Termination by filber:
- filber may suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of this Agreement;
- filber may also terminate your Account if required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order;
- In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity, filber may freeze your Account and withhold funds pending investigation and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities;
- filber may terminate inactive Accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, with prior notice provided to the registered email address.
Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, all licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 9, 11, 12, and 15.
15 Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through filber's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
filber's internal complaints process requires that you first submit a formal complaint to filber support, providing full details of the issue. filber will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and aim to provide a resolution within thirty (30) business days. If you are not satisfied with filber's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
filber operates in the Philippines and is subject to Philippine law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
